How often do fire extinguishers need servicing?

Fire extinguishers should normally be serviced every 12 months. Spectrum Safety provides annual fire extinguisher servicing for businesses, landlords, schools and organisations across Kent and the South East.
Can you supply and install new fire extinguishers?

Yes. We supply, commission and install a full range of fire extinguishers, along with fire blankets, identification signs and floor stands. We can also advise on the correct equipment for your premises.
Do you replace extinguishers that fail a service?

Yes. If an extinguisher is damaged, expired or no longer suitable, we can normally replace it during the same visit. We’ll always explain what needs replacing and why before carrying out additional work.
